Mountville, Borough of Minute: "On the current list from L.A.S.A. the Lloyd Smith property has been added. This property was recently annexed into the Borough and the sewer system has not been installed. The Lloyd Smith property must be zoned since it was annexed into the Borough. Harold Frey moved that it be the recommendation of Council to zone the former Lloyd Smith property, 8.12 acres, low density residential. The motion was seconded by James Fridy and carried. A letter will be sent to Kenneth Wile of the Planning Commission informing him of Council's recommendation and giving the commission 30 days in which to respond. Mountville, Borough of Minute: "AT 8:00 P.M. THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING WAS DEFERRED FOR COUNCIL TO RENDER A DECISION FOR DENSITY FACTOR ON THE LAND IN THE SMITH ESTATE. President Eby read Ordinance with a full description of said property. Mr. Eby stated that he had a letter from Kenneth Wile, Chairman of the Borough Planning Commission, that at a meeting of the Mountville Borough Planning Commission, it was agreed that the land annexed into the Borough (Smith Property) shall be zoned "low density residential".
